Over charged and reached out no response, I came a long way and brought someone questioned prices that for me there and Still dismissed by over charges

This has to be one of the worst dispensaries in the city. I used to come here after work, but every visit lately has been a letdown. Prices are overpriced, and the deals they promote don’t match what they actually honor in-store. Today I came in asking for a vape and was given the wrong product (a pod). That made no sense—I don’t even own a battery right now, so there’s no reason I would’ve asked for a pod in the first place. I caught it immediately and went back, but instead of fixing it, the employee insisted I asked for something else. When I said “just give me a battery” out of frustration, he escalated it instantly and kicked me out instead of resolving a simple mistake. No accountability, quick to argue, and even quicker to turn a basic customer issue into a problem. Plenty of better dispensaries in LA
