If the deal is too good , they won’t honor it .

Ordered 4 disposables listed under Wax Wednesday BOGO, which should’ve qualified for 2 deals per the terms. At pickup, I was told the deal was for wax, not disposables. I thought I might’ve misunderstood, but I showed the rep the promo listing, and the items were clearly disposables/all-in-one carts. They insisted it was “straight wax.” I found the same item outside the deal—still a disposable. After showing them, they went to check, came back saying only 2 were in stock (despite showing me 4 earlier), and said the deal only applied to cartridges, not all-in-ones. First, they said disposables didn’t qualify—then said the free items had to be carts. If I misunderstood, fine—but changing the story repeatedly to avoid honoring a deal is disrespectful. For some, this is fun. For others, it’s medicine. Don’t play with people’s medicine. If a deal is too good to honor, don’t run that promo .

DISAPPOINTED really went downhill far

this place h as turned into a real pig sty. it used to be a 4-5 star experience, but now when i go in. the front door has been broken for a year now, the air conditioning is always busted so windows always open. none of the computers work anymore so no menus, but that doesnt matter, the menus are always out of date compared to their online counterpart, they are usually out of stock, in fact today i was told they are STILL out of stock from the 4th of july sale. that excuse only runs so long guys. its 2 weeks later. half a month and you cant restock? the staff is always friendly, i dont want the boss thinking this is them, this is the boss. take a little bit of the money we all gave you and paint this rotten shack. im going elsewhere for now cause im tired of buying something i didnt come for cause your out of everything. ***** I just went to your store today. the front door is still broken ( you have a sign on it buddy) , none of the computer menus work at all. why are you lying to me? i knocked a star down for the untruthfullness of your response.

I see you are referring to our lobby door it is on an automatic lock system, the sign that is posted is to let guests know how to properly open the door with out it locking on them. It is a simple push then pull sign. As for our screens the menu in fact do work they have been updated for quite some time now with iPads that have the same menu and ordering feature available. Our bigger outer screens do not work as we are in the process of replacing/removing them altogether. We apologize for the inconvenience however as stated the middle screens work exactly the same, however we are always available to help you directly if you are unsure of how to order from them. I hope that with this new knowledge your future experiences will be more satisfying...*** Hello, I apologize for the negative experience you had. Our main front door has not been broken, it is metal so it has to remain open at all times, as for our lobby door it has been fixed for quite some time now and our air condition is always running, however we do utilize the window for online pick up orders so quite often it is open to assist other guests. Our menu is a live menu in store and online so it is quite accurate at all times. Unfortunately there are a few factors that come into play with getting restock on different brands, however we do our best to restock as soon as possible across all brands. We offer 20% off on Sunday I'd recommend stocking up on all your favorite products as things do sell out fast! We hate to see you go, we hope to have you shop with us again. Complaints about compliance?

I'm seeing a lot of complaints about taxes, but the fact that they're on weedmaps tells you that before you go in. The receptionist also let me know before I went inside so it was no surprise to me. It was a little crowded but the tender Z gave me great service anyway. I had a lot of questions and never felt rushed. I never got the impression that I would be paying the marked price and she calculated for me my actual total before I checked out! Amazing service, great recommendations! I gladly pay extra to make sure I'm not poisoning myself with stuff grown in your buddies garage. Thank you Z and Empire!!!
