Didn’t honor online pricing

I successfully placed an online order for SOUR TANGIE [.5G] AIO ROSIN that was listed for $0.89 I never received a message/call/email citing any pricing errors or anything like that, so I went in to pickup my order. The budtender was immediately combative and overtly irritated. He never said the price was wrong or apologized, instead he mumbled something about it being a promotional thing at their Martinez location. He continued with the excuses by then boldface lying that they don’t carry that item in tahoe anyway even though it was in the display case plain as day. We will definitely never be coming back and will discourage friends to avoid this unscrupulous place. Listen if the listed price was a mistake just own it, why all the 💩 to avoid accountability

Sorry to say - Bait and switch is NOT COOL. You had a product advertised at a certain price, I ordered and received a different product without explanation. That’s classic bait and switch.

Great selection of products

Pretty impressed with Embarc. It's a bright space that I found very welcoming. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. From a design perspective, it felt like a high-end experience. I liked how products were spread out to prevent crowding. I had an easy time finding what I wanted. They had a ton of product, which was cool. Lots of things I had never seen before. I also appreciated their handling of customers during Covid-19 crisis.

Bud tender was knowledgeable, answered all my questions without any attitude or impatientince and didn't even blink an eye when I changed my mind about something at the last minute. Dispensary was clean, well stocked and everyone was nice. Absolutely would shop her again!

So I’ve been to plenty dispensary’s and the way you greet me has a lot to do with my experience and I honestly felt like I was walking into my own party I felt special and important as soon as I walked in, product’s are sweet and tasty and plenty of range of affordability so it doesn’t matter if you have 10 bucks or 1000 they got the goods for you. Bottom line it mite not be the first dispensary you walk into in Tahoe but it’s definitely going to be the one you return to once you do visit thanks again guys you rock!!!!.
