Everytime I order from Embarc and come in I usually get Ricardo. Ricardo is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He's genuine when he asks you a question and never rushes me. It's really important to me that people are kind and respectful to eachother because it's happening less and less our there. Thanks again for everything the Embarc family and Ricardo do for us!!

Racist employees, rude horrible!

My husband was treated horribly yesterday and this store is banned for life for me. If you are a person of color they will treat you less than anyone deserves to treated. I will never purchase here again for any reason, I would rather go without. But everybody we have spoke to already goes to Reno anyways, and I can see why now. It was my idea for him to go in and that was wrong on my part. I should have trusted word of mouth!!!

Went into the Embarc soft opening today and was pleasantly surprised at the quality, selection and pricing which is far superior to Sweet Flower (the other physical location dispensary in Chico).
