Had an amazing experience at Embarc Alameda...from customer service to the beautiful shop. Prices include tax already, so that something to note. Other than that, I appreciated not having to pay extra Oakland city taxes, Embarc Alameda didn't charge that. Will be back!

Honestly, I drive way out of my way to buy here because they carry Esensia here and my local dispensary doesn’t. I haven’t found a strain from Esensia that isn’t fire. They even print the terpenes on the outside packaging, so if your into that, you know that it’s pretty rare. I ordered ahead on their website and dropped by for my pickup. Even though the dispensary was completely full, I didn’t wait long and my Budtender, Greg, helped me out. He was so engaging and funny that he honestly brightened my entire day. So, thanks, Greg and Embarc for providing the best products and service. Completely worth the trip. ;)

Waited forty years for an experience like this...
Remember giving forty bucks to a stranger who promised to be back in ten minutes with the best weed you've ever had? Embarc isn't like that. First, you are warmly welcomed in, maybe told about the daily specials. Once inside, it truly is a candy store experience with a wide and varied selection of product in many categories, including CBD for my senior cat. All of the budtenders are quite friendly and helpful, often figuring out a workaround for the sometimes quirky website. Katie has been exceptionally sweet and often enquires about my day. Every once in a while, I'll check out another dispensary if it's more convenient, but I always wind up back at Embarc!
