Recently had a problem where when the employee could not get the owner on the phone to learn a new process they had performed before, I was then given a total bs answer as how what I needed couldn't be done simply because they were not trained on a simple on-site product exchange when I had not even left with my products. And when I called out the employee on his bs answer that "its illegal to exchange products", his response was "well...do YOU work in the industry"? As a matter of fact, I do. Yes, he did. So quickly I just nodded and said "i guess"? They never once showed the products, allowed me to inspect them, or would help me exchange the one product for a RSO syringe even after explaining it was for my terminal mother in law. It was so bad that I will never go back.
