Terrible line system

I placed my order online and came in. One person in front of me, another customer came in. Person in front got served then I was next but the young lady helped the customer that came in after me first then me. She didn’t apologize and she saw my disappointment. She could have politely asked the customer to wait. I want to get in and out and that’s why order ahead. Not a big deal but not shopping here in the future.

Don't judge a book by its cover. This place looked great from the outside.When I first walked in, I was impressed. However, the bud tender didn't seem to know the products, the place was highly disorganized, and with only one person behind the counter, service was extremely slow. She told me the manager would be there tomorrow to help get the place organized and bring a new product. I have been to many dispensaries across many states. This was my worst experience by far.
