I have had the easiest time getting my products from DUI. The people who work there are all nice. They have an ATM on-site and they threw in a free Big Stizzy when I spent over $100. I love a dispensary that takes care of their customers. I would highly recommend DUI.

We do our best to offer the best price possible. We are a small boutique shop. The taxes in this industry are the real killer, we need your voice to help be the change for cannabis tax rates. Write your local politicians, demand the change we need!

Ron, the staff - all are good people. It makes you want to come back. A buddy of mine was sick & they made sure to help him knowing he was on a budget. Watch for really good promos, they pop often through W maps. You can save a lot by stocking up & buying in bulk here. Highly recommended 10/10 from caring to quality.

Poor Communication

Having a high-pain day. Ordered; was promised delivery. After several hours, I called them and they explained they weren't in any hurry to deliver; I'd have to wait several more hours. If you can't fill the order, DON'T ACCEPT IT. Terrible customer service. Just communicate. Don't make a customer wait and wonder, then keep calling you.

I'm really sorry you were in a lot of pain. We offer delivery for people in your exact situation. While we do our best to accommodate deliveries in all territories. We let you know within 30 minutes that your order would be going to Marin at a set time, as we were short staffed and could only make the Marin route once. We do apologize that we couldn't fulfill sooner, but we openly communicate about our delivery routes and some locations ie West Marin take a bit more planning because we are coming from Petaluma.

I never asked which one of the 2 ladies I always see is the owner but both of them are great. When I ask they always give good recommendations to whatever products they think you might like, regardless of the price so you know they care about customer relationships. I went today and bought the triple chocolate 1/8th for $27 and I was very surprised at the quality for that price. The nose and even the look of the bud took me back to my high school lunch time smoke and toke days. I don’t know what the process is for choosing new products but they def. know what they’re doing.

First time experience with DUI

I have been using the dispensary in Cotati that can take an hour from Novato. Found these folks on weedmaps and tried them out on 420 day. Drive was 20 minutes quicker, easy exit off 101. The folks were very nice and patient as I changed my order not once but twice upon arrival. As a 420 bonus, they put a pipe, sticker, and skittles in my purchase bag. Moving forward this will be my go to dispensary!!!

Crazy good products, even better prices

Went for the first time today and was helped out by Angel and Brandon, and immediately knew this place would be a good find.
