I placed an online order and received a notification that it was ready. However, when I arrived, the order was not prepared; I had to wait for the budtender to weigh and package it. I expected "ready" to mean the order was already weighed and staged, but perhaps my understanding of that status is incorrect.

It’s a lot going on in this place. The bud tenders are so patient and knowledgeable. It’s lively, all kinds of opportunities to earn free stuff and probably the best products in the entire metro area. I highly recommend.

You can’t ask for a nicer group of people than the folks who work here! Great selection, great prices, and they price match!!! I usually go with the deals they are having as they usually set the bar for great deals! I’ve turned lots of people onto this place!!

Well at 10:02 p.m. I hate to do this but this is my first bad review for a disco let me walk up here to tell me the doors were locked before 10:00 p.m. instead of telling me when I was on the phone they said let me ask my manager and let me walk all the way here in the rain to tell me no of course they lock their doors why would they not lock their doors and let me get my product as a long time Shopper I find this f****** ridiculous..... I am a frequent Shopper here have been for a long time but I also have never been lied to for many dispensary for any reason let alone to tell me to continue to walk in the rain so they can lock the door on me early

Horrible Experience on 420 they had us in line 4 hours Worst experience in my life I been to this location and over priced and did spend 59 get a gift bag and I had 6 items all things I personal would not use And was giving the free ounce to only people they new it’s was just waste of time next year I would avoid 420 at all cost not worth it at all every one around me was complaining of of bad thy body was hurting They need to do better I didn’t even touch on how the employees was acting because they didn’t give not on F about us wait as one stated I probably will never return again

I went online to place an order before work and I thought I was ordering from the Dearborn location so I called and asked if they could pick it up instead because the 1-2.5hrs I couldn’t do because i had to leave my house before 5pm. I called and Jenna said “Babe we are in Hazel Park” and I just about died because idk where that is 😂 so I asked if the delivery would be here before 5? I was placed on hold while she talked to her manager and they reassured me it will be here before than and I’m so happy! I will frequent here more often just because she went above and beyond for me! Look no further this is the best dispo EVER!!!
