Customer service does not exist in this place I’ve been here 3 times now and every single time I come I get bad vibes the staff is always disrespectful or disconnected seems as if you are bothering them because you are there trying to select something. They don’t offer knowledge you have to pry it out of them if you don’t know somebody there already you are in for a bad experience most of the time it’s always empty when I drive by and I see why nobody should deal with people like the. I made online order went to get it and the guy said he cancelled it hours before I arrived I never got notified. He wanted to argue with me instead of trying to make sure I was taken care of since I did arrive with different expectations. He is very lucky I didn’t resort to violence on him for disrespecting me but that wasn’t my reason for being there so I left once again regretting that I even thought about doing business with the likes of a place like this yall will never be number one

This will be my new favorite dispensary!! Customer service was exceptional, and the vibe was chill. I love the low key personal atmosphere. They truly prioritize customer care. The staff were knowledgeable about all the products and they have a good selection of everything. I am so happy to see a lot of my favorite brands at affordable prices. They also let you smell the flower before purchasing which sold me immediately. I bought an 1/8th of Sonoran Roots Grateful Breath and I cannot say enough good things about this strain!! If you are like me and look for indica dominant strains to help you relax after a long day and need something to relieve your chronic pain then I highly recommend Grateful Breath. In my opinion the aromas are a mixture of diesel and herbs with a hint of sweet cookies. The flavors are spicy herbs with a sweet exhale. I was left feeling calm, euphoric, relaxed, uplifted, and sleepy. Deeply Rooted was truly a breath of fresh air!

This shop is definitely worth a little extra drive for some killa flower. This place blows away the other shop in phoenix claiming to be one. This shop always has the best in town.

Exceptional dispensary
In my job I drive the entire valley which brings me to countless dispensaries. As a former business owner I go out of my way to support the independent dispensaries. I found this dispensary to be one of the best for Quality flower both in-house & brand name pricewise, for the quality, I feel they are very competitive. Each time I have gone in there is a partner/owner always there. I started at the old location. The new location is much easier to find just look for the huge black&green sign.
