I bought a half ounce of moon rocks. The stuff i got was dry and there's no goo in the middle. It just crumbles. Not happy

While Ive had a few pleasant experiences here, I recently used my loyalty points towards a purchase and didnt realize until Id left they didnt give me advertised sale price. Said they cant double stack and that id have a free pre roll waiting when i come back. While i appreciated the gesture, I was still out the $10 difference and dont need anymore "free prerolls" in my life. I had "double stacked" here previously and wasnt made aware they wouldnt allow you to to use loyalty points on sale items so just felt scammed. Too many competitors around to play these games.

Can't beat the prices da-cut has on concentrates and gummies! Weed is an acquired taste. Last time I purchased cannabis from here, it was absolutely TERRIBLE!! Called da-cut about it, da-cut said we didn't grow it, you have to call the guy who grew it and see if you can get him to give your money back or give a product that was actually good and not infested with mites, smelled horrible when lit, threw both 2ozs away and vowed to never buy weed from here again!

7/02/26 - 7:45 PM. The security guard needs to either be fired or written up to be terminated. The professionalism was not even a little, it was none. The way he spoke to people, I was in literal shock. Mind you, he has a gun. I genuinely believe if someone pissed him off enough, he would brandish it. I don’t think he should even have one. I was first to wait & be called up next. About 8 people walked in after he was pulled by an employee due to someone dumpster diving. He spoke to everyone horribly. Told a deaf man that tried to enter the door; if he as deaf, which he was. Was fat shaming a lady that decided to sit while she waited for him to come back. Then once everyone signed in, he says “you know what, everyone come in”. So what did I wait for? I now then was last in line. I honestly will NEVER return & I will make it known to everyone I encounter to not shop here as long as that security guard is there & the lack of professionalism is that low. He cussed like crazy. Never again.

Never again will I buy from there. A guy introduced himself as jr and was the rudest person i have ever met. Wouldn't answer any question, wouldnt price match, and when I asked to speak to a manager he told me to "f*** off."

Another bait and switch! Stood in line for 45 mins to be one of the first 100 customers like the ad stated, got in bought my gummies and asked about my oz. " Oh you have to spend $50". It doesn't say that anywhere but oh well. Screw me! I order from here at least 32 times a week and that how they act over a free junk oz! Bad business!
