Love Curaleaf

I have now bought several products from Curaleaf and I have to say that I've been impressed with ever single one. From vape cartridges to flower, all are A+! I also want to give a shout out to the staff. They are everything you want. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and they go over and beyond to make sure you are happy! Can't say enough good about these guys! We are lucky to have Curaleaf in our area!

Great staff but...

After voicing my opinion to the company on May 1st about their overnight price hike. I was first met with the response that I must have been confused, that it was just an "introductory price"... Then got a second response that if enough people spoke up they would consider correcting their mistake. I have been patient but I still don't see any indication that they are going to change their prices. I still love you guys at my local store but company is putting PROFITS BEFORE PATIENTS 😡

Customer service issues

Had an issue with one of the vap cartridges, when I went into the store and advise them that it tasted like it was not burning anything and it had a metal taste and smell. the gentleman told me there was nothing that they could do and advised me to eat the product!? I ended up throwing the cartridge away because I think it was faulty in the first place. I end up getting a call from customer service a few weeks later about the situation. they ended up giving me 20% off my next visit, which I think is pretty lame. I don't know if curaleaf knows the competition they're dealing with. I had somewhat of the same issue at sutera and they replaced the cartridge for me. no questions asked! I haven't been back to curaleaf not because their product is bad but because their customer service is. but I do believe in second chances!

Awful flower. Decent tincture

I bought 4 different kinds of flower and all 4 were terrible. The edibles were oily, the tincture was ok, worked as it should.

Nice enough

Nice environment. When approaching Des Stabley Schmidt it’s hard to park because of their location where they are on two main roads. Next the front room will you get checked in is not temperature controlled like the rest of the building hot! Upon entering second room great atmosphere. Felt rushed because someone was behind me as a best time not my best visit. Was offered if spent over $100 a $50 and we turn in that spending 100 never got the 50 off... However my questions where answered. And the wait wasn’t long.
