I went into herbology asking if they sold the puffco charger. Cause I lost mine. The very chill bud tender said no but lent me his till Sunday when he works again. This was above and beyond service. I really appreciated it and had to leave a good review.

This is hands down the best dispensary in the philadelphia area! They make you feel at home and they have the answers to every question you need answered. They also have hands down the best customer service !

As a California native I knew that Medical Cannabis in PA was going to be even more wacky than the alcohol laws and I put off getting my patient card because of the hassle. After getting my card I stopped in Herbology and it was kismet. They have a great staff, super convenient, and the worst parking imaginable. They even tell you it’s bad. About a month ago (?) Curaleaf took over and the transition was seamless. I can’t wait to see what changes happen next!

The staff is always super friendly! They always have a good selection and the online pre-ordering is super simple. Staff is always willing to give their recommendations and help with anything you may need. This is my go to location, highly recommend!

The patient counselors here are excellent. They asked me exactly what type of pain I was having and where, and had a conversation with me to find out exactly what terpenes I should be utilizing to best suit my pain. Out of all the dispensaries I've been to I find Herbology to be the best one. They are usually in stock and the staff always has a smile on their face and a nice attitude. There is plenty of information and resources in the lobby and there are a lot of interesting MM books in the waiting area. The waiting room is beautiful. I actually don't mind staying 10 minutes because it is so relaxing. Not to say I ever wait that long (sometimes I stay afterwards and just chill for a few.) Service is pretty quick. I also like that it's close to my house so I don't have to travel far to buy. Herbology is also easy to get to. It's close to public transit.

The atmosphere is the best of all Philadelphia shops. First of all the front door is unlocked, so no flashing your ID and waiting awkwardly.The waiting room has a lot of informative pamphlets. The wait is never long to go in the back. Once in the back the service is relaxed and knowledgeable. Any question I ever have they answer and they never try to persuade me to try a strain I don’t want or buy something I don’t need. They really listen to you and make sure you leave with the product that will heal you best. The cherry on top is their point system which adds up over time and you can apply to purchases. I can’t say enough good things about Herbology. Slice of heaven.

I've been waiting years for this place! The products are A1, the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. The location is extremely convenient. Inside is very clean and the vibe is incredible.

This is a really good location! The staff here is knowledgeable as well as super friendly and helpful! They offer weekly deals, generally 3-4 brands between 20%-30% off so make sure to check their website. Even the security guard who works the door is friendly and always greets you with a smile. Definitely my go to dispensary! I would recommend anyone looking for a local dispensary to check out this Curaleaf! You will not be disappointed!

I have been a patient for a little over two months . This place is very legit and very clean. You show the person out front your ID and medical card. Than you are let into a tiny room, where they scan your ID. They have a lovely waiting room downstairs, I sat in during the 4/20 rush. Today<4/29/2020> my order was done by the awesome Frank. Frank showed me when i started coming here, the in and outs of their website. Today they rung me up with a kind face and asked if i had any questions. Very fast~ Gave me 10/10 service each and every time i interact with them~ This place is slowly becoming a very familiar spot to me and everyone who works here is amazing~

I’m fairly new to the whole MM thing. I picked a dispensary close to my house and this was it and I’m glad I did. The facility is very clean and the staff is very polite and knowledgeable of the products they sell. They also update their inventory like every other day or so. I would highly recommend stopping in here if you live nearby or happen to be in the area.

Every time I go there I have rewards I didn't realize! And the staff is always friendly and helpful. Great location as well. This is my go-to dispensary.
