Writing I ordered a syringe of concentrate that I use to manage my depression. I previously took prescription medications, and my weight reached 385 pounds. Since switching to medical THC, I've lost weight and now weigh 230 pounds while successfully managing my condition. When I went to Curaleaf, I was told I couldn't receive my syringe because I had no oral allotment remaining and that they couldn't dispense it under my inhalation allotment. However, I have purchased this exact product before using my inhalation allotment because I don't have oral allotment available. I was told employees who change the route risk a $1,000 fine. It's Sunday night, leaving me without the medication I rely on, and most dispensaries are closed. My concern is with Curaleaf's corporate policies, not the staff, who have always been courteous and professional. I also couldn't reach anyone at corporate because they only provide an online form. If this were any other prescription medication, I could speak with someone directly. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) and other appropriate agencies.
