Wrong product

They gave me the wrong product but didn’t tell me at pickup and then told me pretty much they couldn’t fix it. They were out of what i ordered and I would have to buy something else and just receive a discount on that product. I’ve never experienced that at any dispensary.

What made you very desirable is about to make you very undesirable. I have absolutely no reason to drive past 6 dispensaries to shop at either location in Gaithersburg being that I drive from Rockville to shop at your stores. Poor customer service and Greed usually leads to a business demise. You have pretty gd customer service. First you remove discounts on labels that are not HMS. No problem! But you just became more expensive than everyone else overnight. Watch your clientele diminish. I recently praised you as my go to spot on a review. That just changed...

it would be a good idea to make your "sale prices" your regular prices. i hate feeling rushed, and when things are always on sale it makes me uncomfortable. you have great prices, be proud of them and only use sale promotions sparingly. trust me, it really makes a huge difference.

Deals upon deals

Just like the title says deals upon deals.. from flower to concentrates. They just about beat most other dispensaries prices and product. Fresh flower (not that stale shit), tried Tangie Shatter for the first time.. my entire experience is mind blowing 🤯. Definitely in my top 3 dispensaries to visit in MD.

i see that their price on shatter has returned to what it once was. this is awesome bc it is is easily some of the the freshest stuff around and they are now priced the cheapest in the state. and its not even on special. big moves like this set the tone for the maryland cannabis industry and we as patients are extremely grateful companiesare being competitivewith their pricing and hopefully quality. regardlessthis is good stuff, thank you zenity!

Let me start out by saying I’ve been through all the dispensaries in Maryland so far and have spent thousands of dollars in the past few weeks going crazy and Sampling as much as I can I have not been to with dispensary yet that has let me down they’ve all been good but there are certain aspects that make certain ones stick out the two that really make Zenity stand out are price and quality of flower since they carry all the HMS products which has been one of my favorite cultivators thus far with gleaf being my least favorite. And I don’t mean in terms of potency along in terms of the curing the flushing all the factors that affect the overall end quality of the flower And of course they kill you with kindness but that’s something he finding a lot of dispensaries although extremely so in this case. If you want some proper connoisseur grade flowers head to Zenity and try some of the hms line of buds. how often do you get a better product and actually save money? Often if you shop Zenity

I have to say they are good. I did t know or I should say forgot about their point system. I went in and they had 1/2 oz for $110 but I didn’t have $110 to spend. The bud-tender mentioned about using my points and I was like what points. After explaining and checking I walked out with a 1/2 for $75. Very helpful and friendly.

With the new year they lowered all prices. Hands down cheapest place to get medication. They should expect a surge in patients. I drive from Hagerstown passing multiple other choices of dispensary. Always worth the drive. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a visit to either location.

Thank god for this location. It's the cheapest, closest, and has top shelf products. I never have to worry about shopping around, even though I do because it's fun to see how the stores compare. This store is nice but not snobby at all. The people there are always helpful and all except one of their staff are extremely knowledgeable and know how to help people find their medicine. There is a show area but it's moot because patients just go up to the desk. Never had to wait in line, at most just one person in front of me- 90 percent of the time it's right away.
