The employees here are far more nicer and knowledgeable than anywhere else in the area. Biggest preroll selection and honestly the biggest variety of products around. I’ve talked to the owner a few times and love that they share what is coming up next in regard to his flower being harvested. True caregiver vibes and grower to patient relationship along with constant upgrades in the store. Thanks cultivate!

See my original 5 star review below (Miranda is still, as I told her last time, an angel). The return/replacement policy for a defective product sucks. They confirmed that I bought the product, confirmed it didn't work, and the options were to exchange it for something I told them I didn't want or to get a discount refund. It also seemed like they didn't have enough people for both the back and front. Miranda (I don't have her card with me atm, so I'm not sure about my spelling) was so helpful! She made sure I knew about their specials and got exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back 😀

I love the store front, I use to get delivery but just love that they have a different discount each day in store! I've found they normally have the best prices in town. The staff is AMAZING and super friendly, can't say enough nice things about them!

Been an OG customer for about 3 years now!! Out of the many shops around this is by far the BEST! The store is amazing, so many choices!! Love Nick and his team! some of the most kind friendly faces you will ever meet!! Emilie & Miranda always make me feel so comfortable from the moment I step through the door with helpful insight and great energy! This shop and everything it has to offer never lets me down and will continue to be my favorite in the area. I promise you it's worth the hype!! The Blueberry Muffins flower is fire along with the Wide Selection and Reasonable prices you really cant go wrong!! honestly would give Cultivate 207 ten stars if I could!!!!!

Best spot in town
Best spot in town by far. Recently started going to cultivate207 after a friend that works for another dispensary the next town over told me they have amazing quality vs prices. Stop wasting your money and go visit these people. I love the large selection of flower and the updates I get from the owner on when his next harvest drops. He said he has a bunch of new sativas drying right now to hit the menu shortly. 😎 don’t sleep on this dispensary folks.

Recently moved here and all I have to say this place is one of the better dispensaries in the area. You can’t beat the price and quality. Nick and Miranda rock! It’s really a one stop shop. I Haven’t been elsewhere since.

Great store and owner
I’ve been to over 125 other dispensary’s from Biddeford to Waterville. To find meds that work for me. Im glad I decided to give them a try. The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable about products. They have a great selection of products I prefer flower. It was very well manicured and fragrant. The blueberry muffins was very tasty and helped well with my back pain. Would definitely recommend this place and will be telling everyone that I know who needs meds to help to defiantly give them a try.
