See my original 5 star review below (Miranda is still, as I told her last time, an angel). The return/replacement policy for a defective product sucks. They confirmed that I bought the product, confirmed it didn't work, and the options were to exchange it for something I told them I didn't want or to get a discount refund. It also seemed like they didn't have enough people for both the back and front. Miranda (I don't have her card with me atm, so I'm not sure about my spelling) was so helpful! She made sure I knew about their specials and got exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back đ
