This place is the definition of completely average. The discounts are mid, prices online are often different then in store, (they say a discount is applied for ordering online, but this only applies for full price items, which are already overpriced) and the service here is pretty slow, even for pre-orders. After multiple visits it’s clear pre-orders do not help the speed of the process of ordering, which defeats the purpose. You will go here and the service and prices are only OK. BUT just a mile down the road you will receive much better discounts and service at Blue River Terps.

Just a warning to anyone that goes to cookies, watch what you get charged. I was overcharged by over $30. today, August 20, 2025. There was supposed to be a $50 combo package that got wrung up wrong. I didn't catch it till I was back at my hotel. I can't post a picture of the receipt here. Look for my review on Google, there's a picture of the receipt there. From what I'm reading, cookies has a problem charging the correct price.
