Nice to have an awesome place with dedicated and passionate staff. Everything is grown in-house with great care and attention to detail. Flower and concentrates are superb and clean. Happy to have such a wonderful place for medical marijuana here on the Western Slope.

but for connoisseurs, don't go here, they have a small selection of strains ranging from the blue moonshine to medicine man and Phnom penh, the grow is on site grown with aeroponics I believe, and they get some amazing drops of sum fire, but.. all the flowers taste the same like soap, they have grams of shatter for 60$ and budder for 30$ which is better than the shatter, and then a small selection of edibles but there most potent edible is only 175mg of THC I believe and its a haubenaro chocolate bar or mint, which I'm not a big fan of havimg in my sweets.
the dispensary is located in a wonderful area with brewery's and winery's right next door, the staff are extremely friendly and fun and very knowledgeable about the medicine, its wheelchair accessible which usually should never be an issue for medical dispensary's, and lovely atmosphere, just pricee 5$ city tax then another 7$ for state tax when you go over 100$
As a person with MS I find the staff here very knowledgeable and friendly and treated me like one of the family from day one. Quality bud and yes it is a bit pricey but when your the only one in the county. supply/demand simple economics.
Having been relocated to the western slope of Colorado to be closer to family and to enter hospice, I was relieved to find at least one MMJ in the area.
On a sad point, it's too bad conservative no longer includes compassion. The people of the Grand Junction should be forced to watch a loved one being treated with medical cannabis and then watch what happens when it's taken away.
On to the review! This is a great place with great staff and great ownership. The store front is professional and welcoming. The reception room is comfortable with plenty of room.
They only have staff to deal with one patient at a time, but this is not Denver. You may have to wait for a bit to get served, but it is worth it. The med room is very nice with a good selection of medicine. After describing my medical condition to the budtender, I decided on Medicine Man and Romulan. I must say his information and advice was spot on.
The medicine man is perfect to help me maintain alertness even in the face of a multitude of prescription medicine. I can function and actually talk to someone. The bud is very good tasting too.
The Romulan is for the times I would normally have to take morphine. Sometimes it eliminates the need altogether but always allows me too use less. For me, to be able to deal with the pain without turning into a zombie is what has kept me going.
Great place, great service, great product, and most of all, great people that care!
I have MS and I'm so thankful for CAHC!! I am always greeted with a smile and professionalism. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Very compassionate people. I felt like they truly cared about helping me find relief. Their product is always consistent and held to the highest standards. Awesome place!!
12 a gram no breaks on Oz's and they charge you for black child proof containers they claim by law you have to have. they do not do retail only medical and right now they have a monopoly in Mesa County.
CHAC has been the only dispensary that my wife and I have chosen to return to not only for convince but for, high quality products, friendly service, and a private atmosphere to get your goods. A 5.00$ town tax is in place for every purchase, the tax is not there to rip you off. REALLY STOP BITCHING ABOUT THE TAX If you don't know CHAC is the only dispensary in the GJ area because of The way it is ran as a legit pharmacy CHAC and the people that work hard to keep the community OK with it by doing, clean up projects, not giving out 420 deals cause that is not what they're about, straight medicine is all you get when you go in to CHAC and I am glad to have them in my community. CAHC is a clean and welcoming shop. I am impressed with the attention to detail they offer. The staff is very friendly and cheerful. I like that I have to make an appointment to go there as it helps me to manage MY time. I'm not so happy that the Town of Palisade made the $5 tax such a condition, but, after what Diane Cox did to all of the dispensaries in Junction, I'll gladly pay the $5 so I don't have to drive to Rifle or Glenwood. I'm very pleased and proud that CAHC does so many good deeds in town - cleaning up trails in River Bend Park, painting shelters at the parks. It takes a community and I am glad to have CAHC in mine.
