Great Selection, Great People, Great Experience
Communicated a few times via email and always a quick and accurate response. Very professional without the extremities of other locations. Professional operation with polite and eager staff. The dilemma of this type of operation is meeting the legal restrictions while maintaining a friendly, down to earth, atmosphere - CNA not only exceeds, but excels at this. Selection is priced marginally higher than other regional dispensaries, but their selection is abundant, accurate, up to date and most importantly... available. Thank You for a great experience.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let folks know about our selection. We currently have 73 strains of (just) flower including our Cannabah (Deli-Style sales). Our inventory team works VERY HARD to make sure we not only carry the products our loyal customers have come to expect, but that we keep a close eye on the market as it grows (pun intended) to ensure we introduce our customers to the best Massachusetts has to offer. Its a mixed bag here
Theres some people who are very friendly and helpful here. Then there are some who seem like they don’t want to talk to you or dont care at all. Then theres some who seem to know very little about cannabis. Its close to my house so I stop here once in a while out of convenience.

(obviously) So we work very hard to hire knowledgeable staff and has you may know its very hard to know everything about every type of product in the stores. We are all consumers and in many cases connoisseurs of the plant in its many forms. We have a ton of educational material and of course rely on one another for information about a product we may not have individually. (Teamwork Makes the Dream Work) We do understand there are many levels of expertise in this market and we do our best to hire those worthy of a position with us as well as a very knowledgeable. Sometimes we hire folks that are just really good people who want to learn more about cannabis and its many ways of helping heal. We appreciate your patience and understanding of those who are in the process of growing their knowledge base. Lately the more expensive the pre rolls the worse it smokes, also not happy with the order I picked up earlier today, 4 pre rolls all broken inside the packaging definitely going to start exploring other dispensaries

Distasteful and lack of class .
Lacks major costumer service skills just brushing and rushing people off the phone refusing to answer questions and assist the costumer .Telling people to go to the website and quickly hanging up the phone .Im really debating if I should even bother with this place . Etiquette training will go a long way.
