Noticed a deal on 1g live resin cart. Good product, good price. Waited for about 15 minutes in lobby. Confirmed Weedmaps order and product were accurate, paid and left a tip.

Would lime to have seen a few more deals or package sales. Maybe a cart, preroll same strain and company. Or the pack of prerolls with so much spent. Others good products, very enjoyable . It was a good get away .

The flower is hardly rollable or smokable. Good menu selection. I stop by when a good sale hits the shelves. Double-check for "wrong items" before leaving please.

Bad flower

This was the worst Wedding Cake I’ve ever had. The flower is so dry/hard on the outside, yet still a little soft on the inside. It doesn’t smoke well. I also was hoping to find more edibles to buy but was rushed out the door so the bud tender could go back to visiting someone outside. It was a bad experience, not necessarily a bad store.

Edit: Thanks for the official reply. However, my problem was *with* the store manager so this suggestion makes no sense. Please provide a contact higher than manager, and I will follow up directly. Cloud Cannabis's customer service philosophy seems to be "We don't have to care once we have your cash." ...If you cut corners on hiring retail managers, you'll get people who only see customers as one-off transactions that produce cash. They don't get that insulting and then stonewalling a brand new customer has costs bigger than any one sale: no repeat business and possible loss of other customers due to reputation hit. Details: Vape cart clogged just under halfway consumed. Manager offered me a 10% discount (!) on replacement: "It was discounted 20% already" (irrelevant). I offered 50% on replacement, to cover what I'd consumed. "Nope, we'd lose money on the unit." No counteroffer; done. What about the money I lost? They don't care.

Best time today in Ann Arbor

Got to take a road trip with a few good people today stopped in at Cloud Cannabis to grab a package a friend had left behind a few weeks ago mind you we are four hours away but Bryan was on it went in the back came out with the package for my guy said I remember this I put it up because he knew how far we lived and knew we couldn't turn around and come back so he held it .....that showed me what customer service is about plus Bryan was very helpful got me the best deals and we had a little chat about some Zelda can't wait to go back till then ......Good Vibes Bryan Your Ohio Guys
