I've been a frequent customer at Cinder, I've been in about 15-20 times buying vape cartridges. I always bought the same brand, Nuvape, and enjoyed it being a good product at a fair price. I bought one yesterday 9/25/17 and had an issue with it, no problem they have a return policy for these, so I go in and talk with the manager and she exchanged the cartridge for another and I headed home. Get home and realize the replacement cartridge had the exact same issue. I turn around and I'm back at cinder for the third time in less than 2 hours. I talk with the manager again and tell her they must of got a bad batch of cartridges, she says no it was my because the battery i had was too powerful and I must've melted everything and caused the issue. I informed her that I had bought this product dozens of times with no issues. She says I just got lucky this didn't happen earlier, but she would exchange for a different product if I payed the difference in price, recommended a different product and informed me she need another $3. I find it absolutely absurd that a store that does that kind of volume couldn't eat $3, in the name of good customer service after selling me multiple bad products and wasting my time and fuel for multiple trips back into the store, and then blame me instead of the product. So unfortunately I wont be shopping here again as there are many options to choose from, and I will go out of my way to feel as if I am appreciated as a customer.
TLDR: Sold me 2 broken vape cartridges, blamed me, made me pay a $3 difference to get a product that actually works after wasting my time and fuel for multiple trips to the store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was trying to get rid of old products that weren't selling and didn't get any real help. Not coming back. Felt like I was cheated out of money as well. I bought a blueberry shatter, a agent orange shatter, also a bag of chocolate edibles. And my total came to $120 for these three items. It should not of been over $90. Was my first experience at cinder and will go back.
Great customer service and pretty decent prices. Bought a vaporizer and it didn't work once I got it home. Brought it back the next day and they exchanged it without a problem.

Went in and got "top shelf" eight. Got Amazing Grace. At "13.9% CBD" my back pain should be in the wind. Zero pain relief, zero head or body high. The stuff doesn't even cherry up in the bowl, there's nothing but leaves to burn. The jar wasn't even sealed. Called to let them know there's a problem. Told me they'd let the grower know, and would be happy to sell me some more. STAY AWAY! You can go and get a 22$ eighth down the road at Locals Canna that's got twice the moxy.

I have been to Cinder in the Valley a number of times. I've always had great service although have felt a little rushed a couple of times. But have had very nice products and now have some favorites. Wish the store didn't feel and look so empty and sterile. Some color would be great! Any employee who has helped me has been very friendly and knowledgeable. It's not the closest shop to my home, but it is, so far, my favorite.

I have used cinder in the valley a lot in the past so one day this week I stopped in got a eight of Durban poison well needless to say I have smoked the whole thing and have yet to catch a buzz at all very let down with the guilty and I hate to say I want be back
