Governmint Oasis is a balanced hybrid created by Cali-based breeder Purple City Genetics (PCG), founded in 2008 and known for making strong, potent strains. PCG formulated Governmint Oasis by crossing the popular GMO with Gush Mints.

This strain is so delicious that it's no surprise that the classic strain Girl Scout Cookies appears in its genetic lineage. The dominant terpene is caryophyllene from GMO gives this strain its sweet, garlicky flavor and relaxing effects, while Gush Mints and its main terpene, limonene, add to the depth of Governmint Oasis' flavor. Many people describe the taste as herbal, minty, and gassy.

The buds are so densely coated with trichomes that they appear frosty green with little orange hairs poking out.
