Employees don’t know what they’re talking about!

Called about Blem deal, which I always get, and was given the wrong strain for the special. Spoke to the manager Chris and he was less than helpful! Instead of hearing what I was saying so he could better train his employees who give wrong information he acted like his employees were perfect and never make a mistake and give bad info! I’ve been coming to Catalyst A LONG TIME and HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY and would’ve hoped to be treated better! You need better managerial skills Chris and better customer service because without the customers you have NOTHING!!
