Great service! In and out of there quick as could be, with exactly what I ordered online! Only note: if paying cash on site (as many stores do) Catalyst may not update the processing status of your order; like most stores they will prepare the order for a cash transaction, but will not update the status to ready or complete until after you (customer) has paid. We personally get it and have no issue with it, just wanted to make sure other customers understood. It’s a security and sales thing, can’t expect a store to hold a customer’s cash order all day! 😹That isn’t how retail works people 🙄Just like trying to get service in store without a shirt😆😹Poor guy off his rocker last night because he thought he was special and could get service without a shirt! 😿😆😿🤔🙄😹 Apologies but that was the icing on my cake of a good evening 😹
