okay the dr norms flaming crunch bar was DELICIOUS PLEASE KEEP IT ON THE MENU PERMANENTLY!!! It was the perfect combo of savory with sweet. and not too spicy. I am not a sweets person when it comes to edibles would love to see more savory edibles or even cannabutter here.

Bud tender was super chill

Girls at the front were extremely Thorough and personable. Everybody did their job amazingly, yet kept it a very relaxing environment. Hats off to this location and their Werk family!!!

Rude manager 1.8 evening

Drove to this Catalyst to receive the 25% off deal that I purchased through Weedmaps. When I got to the counter to be rung up, the 25% off wasn’t applying. A manager was brought over where they wrongly insisted that the discount was applied & that the price was the price. The manager said “sorry, I can’t adjust anything. The price is what it is & $45 off is a good deal. You should just take it.” WOW. Eventually the manager lied & said “Weedmaps has these deals that I have no access to. I have to hit them up to change it and they offer deals that we can’t always honor. Even though it’s ringing up as this price on Weedmaps, we can’t honor that”. WOW. The convo went on so long, they had to scan the items again to be rung up. After they scanned the items again, the discount magically resolved itself with the correct 25% off, the staff PROFUSELY apologized & the manager was no where to be found. @the manager; When you’re wrong, you don’t have to be an a**hole about it.

This is the second time it happens. The first time i caught it and ask them to switch it. This time honestly wasn’t checking and they gave me a disposable. I clearly chose the right product they aren’t being attentive.

Been to plenty of catalyst in the area, but I never ran across a bud tender like him... Multiple times I came to the Lynnwood location and this specific but tender always makes me feel rushed, and he will just tell you anything to get you out the line... To add I wasted my time coming to this location because the menu wasn't updated..

Check your bags before you leave

I am a regular customer of catalyst Lynwood and I recently came in store picked out some items and the clerk grabbed scanned and bagged the wrong items and I walked out of the store and did no open my merchandise as per instructions on so she through the building . Upon getting home I find that items are wrong in my bad and of course it's now after closing time so I take my unopened product and take them back to the location where the same clerk is working the next day where the manager tells me they can swap the product for the correct product I asked for because the one I have "is not defective" which by her own Admission " which how would I know if it's not open" this is a backwards policy that makes no sense and is designed to make returns impossible quoting CA state laws yet she tried to give me 1$ freebies that I don't want and some how that's within CA state ordinances .
