Worst shop in town! They were absolutely rude to my husband who is a veteran to start with and then they fully screwed up our order and when I called to tell them that... They were rude and refused to talk to me since my husband picked it up. I explain he is disabled and doesn't do this logistics well they didn't care. We told them they screwed up the order and gave us an $18 flower charging is $34 preroll prices and I was told they don't care that we are disabled and have no care and they can't give us a credit for the $16 over charge so returning today is our only option which we simply cannot do. I come to leave a review and I see they have cancelled my order so I could not attach a verified review to their shop shady as it gets.. they stole $16 from a fully disabled veteran and his disabled wife. Maybe if they would work on better customer service they would have enough business to not steal from a veteran.

A great dispensary with a variety of products to choose from! Mira helped me and was an amazing budtender. She was Knowledgeable in all the products, super nice and extremely patient and helpful. Definitely made a huge part of the experience and I’ll def be coming back!!

So confused. Here is another dispensary that spews bs and doesn't back up what they say. Their website says the "hook up 1st time customers"...they don't. They claim taxes are included in the price but again...my receipt shows taxes galore on it including a $15 "cannabis fee" of which I was taxed on, an extra $1.90. Parking is wonky. The gal that checked me in was super cool, said as a FTP I'd get 25% off but that memo never made it to the bud tender because no discount was given. Too many dispensaries are advertising how great they are but then fall short of even being good, and Catalyst is just another one of many.
