I order it, got my confirmation text and it was ready when I got there. And I made the clerk laugh so it was a good pick up. Thank you disappointed you stopped the relationship with Level pro tabs. But it happens. I can get it at other shops.

Aggressive security guard starting fights
Iāve been coming to this place for a couple years since Iāve lived in Long Beach. Never a problem. Always a good experience today out of the blue. I had to return a product and thereās never happened before like a pre-roll that was completely empty and there was a time yesterday I tried to return it and since I live in the neighborhood, I didnāt have my wallet on me and today when I get back there, I actually donāt have the product and thatās not even the big deal the big deal is the security guard after watching him get into an argument and threaten either another staff member or other people the dude comes out and starts, threatening me and accusing me of all kinds of weird stuff. Iāve never had a more unpleasant experience at cannabis dispensary and itās a shame because I work for the news media. Iām gonna call this guy out my name. His name is Jackie. Heās aggressive. Iāve never had a problem like this with anyone in my life let alone some fake gangster, sleazebag security guard

Eveytime placing an online order there's an issue.. either the product is not there or the price is different. Always higher when you go in store, of course. Please keep menu items updated and honor pricing. Ordering online then picking up, the changes are disappointing for a customer.
