There are dispensaries closer to me but they can't compete with the quality affordable selections and excellent customer service from Cape Cod Cannabis. That is why I even brave the summer traffic to get there as a regular year round customer.

I love coming to this dispensary! Every time I come in, the staff are kind & pleasant to me, as well as others. On my last visit, Kayla assisted me with my online order pick up and recognized me when I came in. I didn’t even have to say my name. It is so important to have great customer service skills & recognizing repetitive customers is an amazing skill to have. She went above & beyond to make me feel important. All of the staff have the same level of fantastic customer service & truly care about people coming in. Every experience I have had coming in has been great. The Good News disposable carts are an amazing purchase here (as well as everything else of course) and the weekly deals are a huge help. I always recommend my friends to come visit this dispensary. 11/10 !!!

This was my first visit to this dispensary. I am impressed with how friendly the staff is. Super knowledgable about their products. I love edibles and they have a nice variety of products to try. I'm a Cape Codder and I will definately be returning to and recommending this place to friends.

Easy entry (by apptment only), helpful and friendly staff, clean and relaxing setup. One product on the *live* menu wasn’t actually in stock, but acceptable substitutes were available. Would be even better if locally sourced products were available.

Manager's mask was below his chin

First thing I was struck by was the manager proudly walking around greeting and 'helping' people while his mask was hanging below his face. As soon as I saw that I wanted to turn around. Yes there are hand sanitizing stations everywhere (very welcomed thank you) but if the main person walking around in front of and behind the counter is not masked, that defeats everything. There were 2 other guys behind the counter. When i asked about a certain edible, without even taking the time to ask if i'd any experience with edibles, immediately ventured on about how they were different than smoking, etc etc., not responding to my actual question. Finally, i went in seeking vegan products (for which i know are few and far between in Wellfleet) and no one seemed to have any idea which those were. All in all, not my fave place, despite having a large array of non vegan products that are sure to please non vegans.

Mold. I’m Angry.

I wish I could post pictures for this one. I bought a “top shelf” half ounce on 4/20. Nugs and they were all popcorn. Immediately was angry. Bud was okay to smoke. Fast forward one week and I pulled up one of the nugs and it’s got bud rot all in it. I used to grow, and I know that if this had bud rot, all the nugs did. Absolutely disgraceful and I am so sick and tired of being taken advantage of and ripped off. Thanks a lot, made for an awesome 4/20 this year.

Not helpful at all

As a newbie I felt I was not offered much information at all. I was shown a list to pick from and was pretty much left on my own to figure out what to get. There was very little discussion explaining any of the products, maybe I should have been more proactive but I left there with a purchase yet no knowledge. I expected more. Not all of us are up on the ins and outs of the latest, especially an 68 year old. Disappointing experience. I will say the space is lovely.
