I always come back to b.well. There's always a welcoming feeling and vibe whenever I go there (or pick up). Folks behind the counter are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. And it's dog friendly! They were the first in Provincetown to stock vegan gummies and are my absolute go to dispensary in Provincetown and beyond.

Great Service and Selection!

This dispensary is new to Provincetown and is located right on commercial st. The service was fantastic, and the staff was extremely helpful in explaining the different products available and the purchasing process. It’s clear the facility is well run and efficient. They also are strictly following Covid guidelines which is much appreciated! Definitely recommend!

Awful customer service

I had called ahead before driving up to Ptown to ask if they offered curbside pickup, they said yes. Upon arrival they asked me to come inside the building for Id verification and I refused as I Had been exposed to covid through my mom and did not want to possibly expose others. My mother has several medical conditions that she uses cannabis to treat and because She is ill and unable to accompany me to a medical dispensary, I drove to bwell to buy recreationally for her. They refused to give me my order because I would not come inside and because I was honest with them about my possible exposure to covid. They did not give me accurate information earlier on the phone regarding the availability of curbside pickup and treated me as a criminal upon my arrival for having been honest about my possible exposure. I would never visit this dispensary again after the abuse I received from the staff and for the false information I was given over the phone. Don’t waste your time, shop elsewhere.
