This is my go-to shop they always have deals going on and have the brands I like. Staff is friendly and security is chill. Parking is not a problem and is not on a busy street. I’m glad this location opened because I was going to mission valley.

Beware of unauthorized transactions

I genuinely wanted to give this place 4 stars or more. The staff is friendly, and they have a great selection. But I recently noticed something that really needs to be addressed. After reviewing my debit card statements, I realized that at least five times (I only have 5 receipts) , a $4 cash back was added to my purchases without my knowledge or approval, on top of the $3.75 transaction fee. To be clear, I have no issue paying a $3.75 fee when I knowingly authorize it — that's totally reasonable. But what’s not okay is adding $4 cash back to the transaction without asking, then handing it to me with a line like, “And four dollars back to you.” I originally assumed it was a partial refund of the fee, but it turns out it was extra money added to my bill — with the clear expectation that I’d tip it back. If I want to tip, I should be given the option to do so during the transaction, just like at other businesses. Adding unauthorized cash back and pressuring customers this way is misleading and needs to be addressed. I’m sharing this in the hope that management takes it seriously and improves the transparency at checkout. I like the place — I just want to see them do better.

They supposedly offer points for discounts, but they gave an endless litany of excuses for why they didn't feel like honoring their commitments. The staff is unpleasant, unhelpful and untrustworthy, the website is not up to date, and (unless the man's name is Diane) the receipt is not accurate.
