If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told upon checking in that it was my first time and I will be receiving my first time 50 percent off deal. When I was checking out I thought the price was rather high, I asked multiple times to verify that the first time deal was applied and was told yes. I come home and still didn’t feel right so I looked at the receipt and it was indeed not applied. I called and was told basically to screw myself. I also bought a battery that day that ended up not working so I had to go back the next day to return it and was told that I would not be able to return it and I would have to come on Monday when the general Manager was in. Even when I came in on Monday the GM showed no interest in making things right. I needed to return a cartridge that was misfiring and was told to replace it I would have to “hit it” to make sure if it works or not, so I have to risk getting a dui for you to replace a completely full defective cart?
