Great Service

This place has great service and a open verity of strains to choose from. I had lots of questions about my medicine and their bud-tenders had all the answers. Jessie a tender there really new her stuff and made my visit a blast. Almost like going to school. When you are educated about something important like your medicine it feels great to know that someone cares about your health and not your money. I would definitely come back just because of of the great compassion from jessie thank you so much. Two thumbs up

Great medicine, but gotta keep up with the updatin

Came on in today to Buds and Roses to pick up some of the Temple Phoenix oil. They have had it there forever, and it showed they had it on weedmaps, but when I showed up today it was not available, and they didn't know when they were getting it back in. I checked on their website when I got home and the last time that menu was updated was in August. I love your guys medicine, but seriously how hard is it to update at least once a week? Take the extra effort to go from a good place with great medicine to a great place with great medicine. Just my opinion. Well, onto the flowers. I picked up some of their God Bud Veganically grown. Looks wise, it is fantastic. Light purple hues cutting in and out of the bottom of each nug. Very resinated and smelled of fruit and pine. Smoke was really smooth and present with the same flavor as with the smell. Overall I am always EXTREMELY pleased with ANY of the medicine that I have received from them that has been veganically grown. The flavor and smell just pop out at you, and all have been extremely potent as well. While looking through their menu I also noticed they had some Space Queen in that tested at 25%. When showed the flower they we're crumbly little nugs left. But the flavor made up for the small nugs. It was a fruity pebble explosion in my nostrils. It reminded me of a strain called Jamaican Paradise. The orange hairs were neon like and entwined everything like jungle vines. Delicious smoke and very potent as well. Overall had a great trip as always to Buds and Roses, and as always walking away with a smile on my face. One Love, Gretzky

I came here with my friend last time. We went in and got verified, a pretty small place, but from outside you can tell its Buds & Roses because there is such a discreet sign that makes it so obvious. Anyways i got verified & we went to the budroom in no time. I ended up buying an edible & so did my fried. We ended up getting a free gift i got 2 yak pills & my friend a too. They charged tax but oh well, made me feel like i was in a professional place. I left happy for a quick visit, & would say come check it out.

Best Service & Strains in LA!!

Got some Madmen OG, Gods Gift, Dutch Passion & Hindu Kush for round $54-(cool buy 4 grams get $5 off deal)+ an sample edible they "asked" me to try at home n let them know if they should carry it... ummm HELL YES Please! I love the fact that they've got fresh buds & very cool prices ( highest price 8th is $60/dutch treat BUT FRIGGIN WORTH IT!) I been there a couple times and must say that i never leave disappointed, always get some good recommendations from the staff.... i would say budtenders but i feel like their Cannasieurs. Glad i found them & will definitely be sending my fellow strain hunters their way! (#so i can get my referral credits ;-) If you love QUALITY + Service so good that you would take your Mom too....then check em out!

This place changed my whole perception on the industry! After signing up (which was easy ) and getting to see their selection i must admit...I was speechless. I mean their Kushman Veganics changed my whole perception on QUALITY! Hightimes Award Winnig strains that make you feel nostalgic high for hours...(they had a Veganic gods bud that was quite possibly the best indica i ever had! Super Convenient Location(with free parking across the street)... and Staff that's super cool & will have you cracking up while you wait. They're serious about being around (been there since 2006) so expect to get a level of professionalism and service that i haven't really seen yet..I mean these guys know cannabis and their industry. Their 2011 Hightimes Cannabis Cup Award for their Veganic Star Dawg let you know.. The prices, even with taxes are More than reasonable especially if your walking away with a gram of Dream Queen for $13 that would easily be $20-22 up or down the block..go check..(kat williams voice)don't worry, i'll wait... Even their $6 nugs of Compassionate OG were dank! for $20 an 8th!?! Dutch treat!?...Stuff that you only see in magazines! Dank concentrates and some of the strongest edibles ever had (KannaRoo..Aussie for WTF i'm high mate) I'll gladly drive from L.A to check em for my HIHGTIMES quality strains & trust... Veganics Blue Dream

No complaints here. The veganics Blue Dream is AMAZING. Even though it isn't a pure sativa, this thing packs quite a wallop. It hits harder than ANY Blue Dream I have ever had, yet still retains that classic Blue Dream smell, only ramped up. The undertones of citrus are definitely there, and the smoothness of the smoke is a dream(no pun intended). This might be one of my shorter reviews, but I really had to comment on how phenomenal this strain is that they have there right now. If you like Blue Dream, and your in the area, this is definitely one you don't want to miss. Gretzky

Just recently started going to the buds and roses, the moment I walked in I realize it was a different place the staff in the front was great we had A few laughs while I was filling out my forms, when I finally met with the budtender I was surprised at how knowledgeable she was about cannabis explaining to me all the chemical reactions to differences between THC CBD, I think I walked out of there with a much better understanding of what bud works best for me and my condition, thank you for all your help and I will be visiting this dispensary very often

Love coming to this spot especially since it’s right next to my apartment! Been coming almost 2 months now and have never had a bad experience! The Cannabis is awesome quality, don’t be fooled you can find some pretty good deals here on 8ths that are below the standard price but still fire!
