Uneducated staff, old product, false advertising.

First and last time customer. I placed an order on weedmaps. 1) She told me they didn’t have the rosin I was looking for. She was looking in the flower and didn’t realize it was the 1g rosin concentrate. No biggie, but then 2) She says I’m not a first timer and it’ll be full price. I placed my very first order like 90 mins before that; my only order in the system? She goes back & forth with management. Finally gives me 20% off? NOT the 30% listed on weedmaps. The whole point of me stopping here. Overall, the unprofessionalism, the runaround, and the purposely improperly low discount has made it so I won’t be back. BONUS: the rosin was packaged in August & September of last year and should NOT be sold at full price. Old terps at full price and not even giving the full first time customer discount after giving me the runaround is crazy. Avoid.

Entry is swift, security is solid, and the budtenders are the sweetest. 😊💚 It's irksome knowing some will blame the business for simple issues that could have been alleviated or avoided with a bit of competence. If you're so sure they're pulling a bait and switch, (keeping in mind that you held up the line to sniff, like, 14 different jars) is it unreasonable to take an extra second to request that they correct the error? How you gonna smell a dozen different weedies, say "oh, this one", change your mind 2 more times, and then expect perfection? On top of dealing with YOUR bait and switch, they gotta watch the fellas behind your pro weed-smokin' self grow impatient and simultaneously prepare for another fraudouche to tell them how to do their job via Weedmaps/Yelp reviews. Interior is clean/cozy and the diligence put into prepackaging the bud makes things faster, ensures no contamination, and preserves product. Considering their consistent kindness, I'd give 5/5 regardless.

I’ve started to run out of places I enjoy going to in the valley but came across this one just the other day. It was easy to find, checking in was smooth, and I was treated kindly from the moment I walked in. The staff is friendly and upbeat and my budtender did a great job of showing me where things are. I wanted to get so much but I was on a budget. Let me tell you this bud is FIRE!! It really is some high quality flower! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! The welcoming environment is a HUGE BONUS too !

My pledge bro told me about this place, so i'm sorta new here. First strand I smoked, totally impressive, Girl Scout Cookies. Then I tried out AMF! Just picked up Private Reserve White Russian, smells delicious! I really appreciate the welcoming community along with amazing high quality strands.
