We explored within these lines, worked the juicy grapefruity sparkling soda terps into a reg line and found a passionfruity expression during that process that stole our hearts. To simplify the matter, we’ve rolled all of this work up under the name ‘Tangie’ and we release seed from the moms we personally think are most awesome. For you Tangie sommeliers out there, feel free to call us and we will present a charcuterie board of all the subtle differences we’ve noted and let you pick fruit (well, seeds) from the mom you think will be your favorite.
