The young woman who helped me was fantastic. She was incredibly patient while my phone decided to have a meltdown, and she even took the time to help me figure out why my bank might have been declining the transaction. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience much less stressful. Eventually got everything to work and I left with all the goods I wanted.
