I went in this morning on 7/18 and everytime I go into cookies there is this one budtender her name is Serrina and she has the absolute best customer service ever she is always so happy and very very knowledgeable about all the strains and just all around one of the best budtenders they have in the whole place and her customer service skills are beyond amazing so anytime you go into cookies look for the girl with the flyest outfit on and thats her and she will give you the best budtender service you ever got thank you cookies Albuquerque for always showing ya boy so love yall are the best

Cookies is always at the top of the list when it comes to cannabis companies , and this location is no exception, also experienced very good customer service here one night when they first opened , ended up getting a item for free at my inconvenience of waiting a short period and have never had that happen at any other dispensary. The people here are very professional and also down to earth.
