It’s always something with this service. I’ve unsubscribed from your emails so I won’t even be tempted to try Bleu Disappointment again.

I always get such a great deal coming in and the products are already so bomb! I’ve never had the need to shop anywhere else especially considering I can smoke my goodies on sight in the lounge. It’s so dope in there! Chill vibes or party vibes whichever you prefer! All the employees are so knowledgeable and friendly I especially love getting Brianna as a bud tender. She always gets me right and I never have had any issues.

Great customer service

The lounge is amazing, great spot to smoke and chill. Staff is super helpful and super quick to check in on us to see if we needed more drinks, products etc. There are lots of televisions, ambient lights and the air quality was good as they seem to have a good air filtration system. I’d smoke and you couldn’t see smoke after a few seconds. Highly recommend this spot! Prices are good too.

No other place like this in Lompoc! The store is big, they carry tons of brands for good prices, the customer service is exceptional everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. There is a lounge where you can smoke and hangout, watch football games, boxing and I even seen people using PlayStations as well…the vibe and decor is nice too, you have to see it for yourself! You can tell they really take pride in what they do here. Dope place, I’ll be back :)

Half their vapes are faulty and they order from the black market. They treat their employees like trash as if they have no value to the company. When they’re the ones making all the profit for the company. Avoid avoid avoid!

Prices may sound good but they tax like a MFer!

I just wanted to give my insight to Bleu Diamond. I’ve tried to give this place a chance on a handful of occasions, but every time I go in there and purchase some thing, it seems like I am paying extreme amounts of taxes and fees on the backend. I went in there to pick up some Rosin, The price was $49.99 each so I bought two. Can someone please explain to me that is $166 out the door? Every time I purchase something there, I’m usually paying $15-$25 more on the backend which I understand taxes and fees, but this place seems to really implement them heavily. Not sure what’s going on here maybe someone can leave a reply, but I most likely won’t be going back. Good product for the most part but the prices are gouging to be honest.

Worst experience ever; they will rob you!!!!!

I ordered a disposable West coast cure pen (1g OG gas) for delivery on 1/31/24. I was using it since that day. I stopped working and the pen stopped working today 2/3/24 and the pen is almost full. I caled blue diamond up. A f Woman answered the phone. After verifying my order I and I explained that it just stopped working today. She blew me off and told me that they can't do anything about it because I should have told them within 24 hours that my pen was defective. I explained that the pen didn't malfunction until today. So told me again that they couldn't do sh*t for me. She went on to literally say that "I was assed out" and when I told her that I would be leaving a review and say what she sais, she said "that's fine leave a review" the f***ing audacity of her to speak to paying customers like that. So rude so u helpful meanwhile I lost 40$ on a pen I can't even use. And to be clear I am or was a regular customer. I encourage everyone to take their business elsewhere
