Staff is not the best

They might have product that other stores don't have on hand, but their staff is a bit rude and not fully knowledgeable about their products. Another lady and I had to wait 10 minutes because we thought they were helping other customers but it turns out all 3 were employees just gabbing, not even caring that there were people waiting. I submitted an online order and it wasn't ready, they had to put it together while I waited. What's the point of doing an online order if it doesn't even save any time? I'll pay more somewhere else.
