Gone twice already and had a great time would give it a five star but one of my product was defective and one lady manager gave me a hard time on the exchange and was sarcastically rude. Yikes.

Only 2 people I will ever deal with at this specific location is Israel & Washington - THE BEST THEY HAVE! LHS advertises their loose flower comes in sealed containers, but they don’t. Which can be kinda sketchy so I HIGHLY recommend anyone purchasing flower to open product ON SIGHT in case there’s something wrong. 2nd, make sure your tenders are giving you HONEST, ACCURATE info. My last experience at this location was terrible. I was told only 2 strains of flower were in stock - same 2 they’ve had for weeks & I was the only patient in the store. I inquired about their products because as a medtender, the woman I was dealing with didn’t notify me of anything. She’s handling my cash, another patient walks in & demands her “$10 8th”....LOL! I looked at the medtender like “I thought you said you only had 2 strains in stock? You have $10 8ths?” her response was, “...well, they’re only 6%” i responded with, “but I never asked for %, I asked what strains were in stock?” discriminatory much?

Was excited to try out this dispensary (N Miami/Biscayne & 108th St) for the first time. From all the dispensaries I have visited, I was highly disappointed with this one. First, the bud-tenders (overstated), seemed lost...as if they had no experience in this field. I felt as if I was buying products from someone without any prior knowledge. The kid did not know where he was standing without the menu; did not know what was in stock. I was told they had a sativa in vape, when I went to purchase, his colleague mentioned they were out of stock. Their strains in vape, are only divided between, sativas, indicas, and hybrids; there are no specific names to their strains. When I asked if I can see the product before buying, the answer was “no, since we keep it in the back.” I will stick to VidaCann, or Trulieve ...
