Ayr wellness? Or should I say Ayr un wellness. One of the top 20 best sales people in the entire company nationwide was FIRED right before taking her already approved PTO for no good reason. Do not shop at ayr. They treat the employees unfairly. The GM doesn’t even smoke weed and takes month(s) off at a time to go out of the country and vacation while they left Eli & the team to deal with the store in “black out conditions” no power no ac…… unfair work conditions. They made all employee’s get in the DM’s car instead of going home when the store reached unsafe temps of 97+ degrees The company forced their employees to work in the store when the Ac Was broken for days going on weeks. Extremely toxic work environment, they only care about numbers and even if you’re on top of the numbers game and never even call out, they’ll still fire you for “inconsistent performance”
