One of the worst customer service experiences I've had with some grouchy old miserable hag. The receptionist was rude from the start, acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience, and handled a simple situation with unnecessary hostility. When I tried to help a disabled family member with a purchase, she shut the conversation down with an attitude instead of communicating professionally. Being at the front desk requires basic people skills, and those were completely absent. Management should address this kind of behavior because it reflects poorly on the entire business. What a See You Next Tuesday kind of a person that was accusatory and unprofessional. Smoke a joint and get off your tiny cl!t-power trip, lady.
