Service, people and environment is great! The product was bad though :/ the lithouse $50 eighth I got was so dry and smelled like legit grass, sucks when you take losses like this, no one wants to lose $50+ I’ll be coming back though, just will never get that again... UPDATE: like I said I’d come back and I have about 3 times already. The environment and people and great! They were even able to help me out for what happened, shows they care about their patients,any questions or concerns you have and they are on top of responding and making sure you get right, I really appreciate! Pros: Clean and well stocked Cons: Everything Else

They were having an event so I understand that things were hectic but: No one checked my ID at the door (illegal under CA law) I stood waiting for my pickup order (that I could see sitting on the shelf) for over 25 minutes because the associate was having a conversation with a customer. I understood the situation, but when I tried asking twice to see if someone else could help me just pay for my already fulfilled order, I was just redirected to other idle associates who told me to wait. When I finally received my purchase and opened it in the car (2 100mg kanha hybrid edibles), I realized both were months past the “best by” date. I never leave bad reviews. This dispensary is clean and well stocked, but the customer experience was terrible. Also, I’m not a covid alarmist, but it’s kind of pointless to have your employees wear masks if they are going to wear them around their necks?. No reason to ever go back on multiple levels.

I was looking for A deal. Now the stupid joint that he suggested to me for five bucks is gone and I can’t fall asleep.. I went in for an eighth they should’ve at least given me an eighth for five dollars.. It’s their mistake. They are false advertisement in my money because of their mistake.. I’ve been in there in many walks of my life. Glad you know what I’m struggling they don’t give a s. That just means when I’m Ballin I ain’t coming back. This store is literally the Nieman Marcus of Marijuana Dispenseries!! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. They carry such a wide variety of product and I even found a ton of new products I didn’t even know existed! I’m so excited about Atrium. It’s right off the freeway has tons of parking and a super cool overall experience. This has got to be the best shop in America!

I've been coming to the atrium for a few months now and I always am happy with what I get. On 420 I decided to treat myself to a G Pen connect. Connect worked amazing for the first few days then had a small issue. Went to the atrium and explain the situation to the store manager. I believe his name was Tony if I'm not mistaken. He took the time to help me troubleshoot the product and in the end came up with comprable solution. I know he didn't have to do what he did and I really appreciate the level customer service I received today. Thank you to the entire Atrium staff. See you soon.

With all the scares of death and sickness going around now with bad vapes, I only shop here because I know I can trust them. They only carry top tier brands and while, yes, those pens are more expensive than a cheap pen down the street, I feel like my life is worth an extra 5-10 bucks.

I just discovered this newer dispo. Super fast check in always, even my first time. Very relaxed environment. Everyone, incl the armed guards have a welcoming disposition. Emma usually helps me, she’s a good listener and pretty patient with doing her best to match my needs w a product. And she always clues me in on the deals. The parking lot is a plus.

I really love this shop !!! There is so much I want to say, I hope I don’t forget anything! So for starters , their location is amazing. Topanga !? and right off the freeway with lots of parking. They also have designed the interior to make you feel welcomed and relaxed. Their front desk check in is super easy and the security guards always open the doors for you and walk you out if needed. I can appreciate that extra service. I like how their staff actually knows about weed , CBD and sauce & cares about terps!!! I totally heard one guy speaking Spanish to a new customer and I geeked because that’s so great to have on staff ! They’re organized, service is fast if you need it to be or you can stay a while and get educated by a Budtender !
