It was a good experience. I ordered an 1/8 and was ready before I got there. I was in and out less than 5 minutes. Great staff and cannabis too. Arctic Herbery was the 1st dispensary opened and I was one of the first to visit the store when I lived in Palmer. I’d recommend this dispensary to everyone and everybody. Apathy Abound

Ordered online from here for the first time. When I went to get it, the lone employee ignored me the first time I said I had an online order, then acted exasperated because there were 5 orders waiting for pickup, had to give my name twice because they weren't apparently listening and also explained it was my first time in the shop, to no response. The employee was quick to "correct" me when I said my order was missing something and it was because the product was out of stock, and the employee was getting increasingly annoyed when I double checked it until finally telling me that. All in all, I won't be going back if this is how new people are treated going in, even if the prices and product were good. I felt like a nuisance and a pest and I still left a tip. I also didn't get the text that my order was ready until AFTER I had picked it up and gotten home.

Arctic Herbery was one of the 1st dispensary to open up here in Anchorage in 2016. Since then, they have been offering a wide variety of cannabis strains that would be hard to find anywhere else in Alaska. Plus, the average THC of all their strains Is consistent and reliable. Most of their strains also have terpene counts listed as well. The experience of this crew is obvious and appreciated. They even sell clones of their own cultivation, For example like their Princess Vortex which I would very much like to grow one day. I definitely enjoy their sales that they have on their products, Always helpful to have that option when money is tight. Often times more affordable than the other competition and the quality is still present. Not to mention their infamous $100 Ounces! The good people at Arctic Herbery care about the product they sell and their customers give them a try Today!
