Thinking to give them another chance
Last time yeI was at Torrey I was trying to get my medicine as I had been a regular medical marijuana patient. ...Prior to it going legal in recreational. I came to the store three more times and each time my experience and the service was...it was horrible. I left and swore I was not going back. I may give them another shot just to see how they run their shop now...

Awful customer service
All I wanted to do was restart their automatic text updates and when I did someone responded. Extremely rude and very unhelpful. I asked for my order number a couple times and no response and if I did get a response it came off snarky. I was one of the original customers when this first opened. I’ve tried several times to come back since, but I have not been happy with how I was treated each time and today was the icing on the cake. Today I have officially crossed off Torrey Holistics off my dispensary list. PSA Medmen is just down the street and has AMAZING customer service.

Worst Customer and delivery service
I ordered some products from Torrey Holistics and when i got them i realized that there where just random products. when i contacted the store asking to change the products to the one i wanted or get a refund they just wanted to give me store credit, to begin with i didn't even wanted to spend that much but its a minimum delivery of 75 dollars, and they told me they dont have the product i wanted at the store, so i felt like they are lying on the website, taking my money and then just offer me any random product they want insted of give me my money back. i feel so sad writing this review and keeping the random products and wasting my money like that, but the only solution the customer service told me was like "oh u can come tomorrow at the store to speak with a manager about the issue", like if i am gonna waste more money going there for probably not a real solution. never buying in this store again.

Do not recommend
I went in hoping they had good deals but they did not have good deals or any deals for first time patient. On top of that the edibles I bought didn’t do anything it’s just like if I bought expensive candy . I bought some gummies and I felt nothing . Waste of money and waste of time! I do not recommend this dispensary at All!
