I ordered some products from Torrey Holistics and when i got them i realized that there where just random products. when i contacted the store asking to change the products to the one i wanted or get a refund they just wanted to give me store credit, to begin with i didn't even wanted to spend that much but its a minimum delivery of 75 dollars, and they told me they dont have the product i wanted at the store, so i felt like they are lying on the website, taking my money and then just offer me any random product they want insted of give me my money back. i feel so sad writing this review and keeping the random products and wasting my money like that, but the only solution the customer service told me was like "oh u can come tomorrow at the store to speak with a manager about the issue", like if i am gonna waste more money going there for probably not a real solution. never buying in this store again.
