I was skeptical to buy online for a delivery; however, I couldn't resist The Sanctuary deals! Thought I'd try it out to see if I can trust the delivery, the response time, and quality - IT'S AMAZING! The delivery guy was awesome for delivering on the same day, so I tipped! Then, the budtender GG hooked it up for a first time patient with extra goodies! I AM GRATEFUL (especially during these times). I'm definitely purchasing from this store again!! Thank you again!

Not happy
Yea, not happy. I placed my order at 2:30 PM for delivery. Took a while to get the confirmation text. I wait until 5 PM to call and check on my order. It’s ready and bagged. The guy says that the delivery driver should have it to me by 7 PM. I just called at 7:30 PM and they pretended like I placed the order for pick up, asking which car I was in. (I 100% did not place it for pick up). The guy, who was definitely the same guy I spoke with at 5, then had an attitude saying they were backed up and had only one driver and that it would probably take until 10 PM. Shortly after posting the first version of this review the order actually came. Only things I’m not too happy about with it is the fact the pre-rolls were never mentioned as mini in the advertisement, instead just saying it was a 3 pack of 1.5 gram pre-rolls. Then the fact the wax I ordered outside the deal was only a half gram when it said one on the listing.

LAZY RUDE DELIVERY DRIVER
 I am a regular customer that receives deliveries. I've been ordering regularly since Jan 2021. In addition to being a good tipper, I've built good rapport with your drivers and always courteous. Follow up with every delivery driver that has ever came to my door. I must say your drivers are mostly know time and when running behind, always get a courtesy call from the delivey drivers who have been awesome up until today. Until today, I never had a delivery driver call to tell me to meet them in the parking lot in 35 minutes. I say no, please come to my door like all the other delivery drivers and he starts listing the reasons I need to meet him in the parking lot. " the packaging is discreet" I say no ...come to my door and assumed the conversation was over and hung up the phone. The driver text me saying I was ride , he was still talking. So he is cancelling my order. This unprofessional delivery driver needs to do some self evaluating and decide if he needs a career change.

Made my order around 11 o’clock in the morning And waited until about 10:11 PM. Nobody ever came in the phone was going to voicemail the whole entire day and still this morning. Horrible service never got my order

Discounts do not stack or apply to bulk flower, discounted items, or RSO. Exclusions apply.
