Not happy

Yea, not happy. I placed my order at 2:30 PM for delivery. Took a while to get the confirmation text. I wait until 5 PM to call and check on my order. It’s ready and bagged. The guy says that the delivery driver should have it to me by 7 PM. I just called at 7:30 PM and they pretended like I placed the order for pick up, asking which car I was in. (I 100% did not place it for pick up). The guy, who was definitely the same guy I spoke with at 5, then had an attitude saying they were backed up and had only one driver and that it would probably take until 10 PM. Shortly after posting the first version of this review the order actually came. Only things I’m not too happy about with it is the fact the pre-rolls were never mentioned as mini in the advertisement, instead just saying it was a 3 pack of 1.5 gram pre-rolls. Then the fact the wax I ordered outside the deal was only a half gram when it said one on the listing.

LAZY RUDE DELIVERY DRIVER

I am a regular customer that receives deliveries. I've been ordering regularly since Jan 2021. In addition to being a good tipper, I've built good rapport with your drivers and always courteous. Follow up with every delivery driver that has ever came to my door. I must say your drivers are mostly know time and when running behind, always get a courtesy call from the delivey drivers who have been awesome up until today. Until today, I never had a delivery driver call to tell me to meet them in the parking lot in 35 minutes. I say no, please come to my door like all the other delivery drivers and he starts listing the reasons I need to meet him in the parking lot. " the packaging is discreet" I say no ...come to my door and assumed the conversation was over and hung up the phone. The driver text me saying I was ride , he was still talking. So he is cancelling my order. This unprofessional delivery driver needs to do some self evaluating and decide if he needs a career change.

UNRELIABLE! Do NOT bother to contact this company for delivery. I waited nearly 3 hours and ended up with nothing. I had to call back after waiting an hour and a half, I was told I was 3rd in line. After waiting another hour and a half, I called again. Remember, I had to call, they did not call me. I was told the manager had just come back to make calls to all of those who did not receive their orders because the driver did not show up. This is a delivery business, obviously without a backup plan. Why didn't the manager make the deliveries? I could have chosen any other service and I suspect my order would have been here long ago. This business is poorly run. Do not waste your time like I did mine! Go with anyone else.

We have the lowest free delivery minimum in town! Enjoy FREE DELIVERY on orders $40 or more! $40 Delivery minimum must be met after all discounts have been applied.

We accept CASH for in-store purchases and deliveries.

To cover the cost of state required exit bags, a charge of $1.08 will be added to all delivery orders.
