Great service and great product. They didn't have the exact items that I ordered so I was given a phone call during which several comparable alternatives were offered. Delivery was smooth, communication was solid, driver was cool, and products were as described. Recommended.

DELIVERY SERVICES ARE TERRIBLE My order was attempted to be delivered twice and it was wrong both times! Like the others have said here, the management is rude and will not resolve your issues with deliveries even if you show up in person. They kicked me out and told me to never come back nor place another order online. Two people at The Chronic messed up my delivery order but they are covering for each other. They (management) act like children. Seriously! I spoke to Moses over the phone today and he put me on a 40-minute hold only to come back and tell me to never call again and then he hung up on me. Weirdly, before hanging up on me, he said that he DIDN’T put me on hold and thought that I was calling again and again. Did he forget about putting me on hold? Was he high during our conversation? Professionalism? One of their delivery drivers was really high when she came too! That’s really dangerous. I reported her. I’m never doing business here again.

Placed a delivery order, waited for hours canceled other appointments, but right before they closed they finally changed status of my order to "cancelled". I even held out from using the restroom so I wouldn't miss the driver! Could've contacted me sooner so I can have other options. Lousy customer service!

Non professional and disrespectful
I had called two different times with two different women had answered the phone I had asked about making an order for my first time patient and she told me that it would apply the 50% after I completed my Delivery order on Weedmaps. Then asked for an ETA. She told me that I would get an ETA shortly. It was 2 1/2 hours later when I had finally called back asking for another ETA. A different woman had to answer the phone. She told me she had no clue about the deliveries and when any delivery was going to arrive to anybody, she said I ordered when nine other people had but the delivery driver only had left about an hour ago false advertisement with you saying that 30 minutes to an hour is when I’m going to get my delivery your employees two females are very disrespectful and unable to fulfill tasks coinciding to their job titles.

Placed an order last night. Received my confirmation with the delivery ETA. Waited an hour and did not hear from anyone. I tried calling and i tried their customer support chat and could not get a response. Waited and waited and they simply blew me out. You would think that today i would get at least a courtesy call to apologize and see if i still wanted my order. But nope. The order is still live in their system. That is just garbage customer service. Completely unprofessional. I will never ever use this company’s service again.

If you cannot take a delivery order, then don’t let us be able to place an order and never heard anything from it , it’s ridiculous how you guys stood me up on my delivery twice now, if you not doing delivery, don’t even be on the delivery service page okay ? Or close your shop so people can know, don’t be letting people putting down orders and never heard anything from it again.
