DELIVERY SERVICES ARE TERRIBLE My order was attempted to be delivered twice and it was wrong both times! Like the others have said here, the management is rude and will not resolve your issues with deliveries even if you show up in person. They kicked me out and told me to never come back nor place another order online. Two people at The Chronic messed up my delivery order but they are covering for each other. They (management) act like children. Seriously! I spoke to Moses over the phone today and he put me on a 40-minute hold only to come back and tell me to never call again and then he hung up on me. Weirdly, before hanging up on me, he said that he DIDN’T put me on hold and thought that I was calling again and again. Did he forget about putting me on hold? Was he high during our conversation? Professionalism? One of their delivery drivers was really high when she came too! That’s really dangerous. I reported her. I’m never doing business here again.
