Placed an order at 4:00, which didn't arrive until 8:15. No answer when asking for an update through phone and text, which was surprising, as I received a call from the same number immediately after ordering (regarding a substitution for a product that was out of stock). I'll probably shop here again if the price is right, but would appreciate more honesty and communication about the stated delivery window (60-120 min).
